Insurance Participation Notice (Updated 12/1/25)
We are committed to helping our patients understand and maximize their insurance benefits. While our providers participate with many major insurance companies, network status can vary by individual plan. Because each employer group or policy may be different, we strongly recommend sending us a copy of the front and back of your insurance card so we can verify your specific coverage before your appointment.
Current Participating Providers

Participates with most: Aetna, Ameritas, Cigna, DHA, GEHA, Guardian, UMR, Unum, and The Principal plans.
Dr. Nisha Joshi, DDS
Participates with most: Aetna, Ameritas, Cigna, DHA, GEHA, Guardian, UMR, Unum, The Principal, and MetLife plans.
Dr. Yetunde Patrick, DDS
Participates with all plans listed above except Aetna and Ameritas.
